Refund Policies

BENEFIT AUCTION INSTITUTE CLASS REFUND POLICY

Class cancellation by participant

  • Benefit Auction Institute (BAI) classes cancelled by the participant, if received within 14 days prior to the class, will be eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by noon.
  • All benefits and incentives received by participant must be returned to BAI.

BAI class cancellation/refund policy

  • Benefit Auction Institute (BAI) reserves the right to cancel a class, whether in-person or online, due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
  • If BAI cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a class, BAI reserves the right to issue a full refund or transfer the individual’s registration fee to the same class offering at a future date.  

BAI individual cancellation/refund policy

  • Benefit Auction Institute (BAI) reserves the right to refuse/cancel an individual’s attendance to a BAI class. If BAI refuses an individual’s attendance to a class, that registrant will be offered a refund.  

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

The above policies apply to all BAI classes, whether in-person or online, unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read individual program information thoroughly.

 

BENEFIT AUCTION INSTITUTE GOODS AND PRODUCTS REFUND/RETURN POLICY

  • Your satisfaction is important to us and we want to make things right if there is an issue.
  • To assure your product satisfaction, please inspect all items upon arrival.
  • If you have a problem with a product you have purchased from our store, please email info@benefitauctioninstitue.com and include your order number, the item description and the issue with the item. 
  • Within 30 days of purchase we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any BAI product that is deemed defective. 
  • All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the Benefit Auction Institute require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by BAI within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Products provided/sold by BAI partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
  • Software or downloadable products via the BAI website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • BAI is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information supplied to us.
